Installation Instructions
Triumph Tiger 1050 Chain Guard

Remove protective heel plate on frame above left rider footpeg. Remove stock plastic chain guard bolts. Pull guard out the rear above rear sprocket. Install new longer aluminum chain guard from the rear – be careful not to scratch the powder-coated surface on swing arm – rotate the part to clear the swing arm while inserting as necessary. Install guard bolts – do not tighten until all bolts are installed. Tighten to specifications and reinstall the heel plate and tighten to specifications.

Your new longer chain guard is manufactured from 100 thou. 5051 aluminum, ½ inch wider than stock and 3 inches longer than stock to protect your motorcycle from unwanted lube and grime off of your chain. Made in the USA.
